Replacing center console

I recently purchased a used 96 XLT 2WD. I'm interested in replacing the center console. I would like to replace it one with wich has the radio and air vents in the rear.

Has anyone done this and is it a difficult project.

shouldn't be that hard.. all the holes should be there
