Replacing Engine...little advice

I am pulling my blown 4.0 out of my 03 Bauer.

Putting in a used 04.....

What parts/seals/sensors would everyone recommend are changed during swap?
I want to spend the extra now so to have the best running truck possible.

I am going to pull my 4.0 in my 2001 Sport so I am going to watch this thread. I have done a few FWD motor swaps but never an Explorer motor swap. The first thing that comes to mind is to replace the rear main seal and I usually replace the plugs when the motor is out, it just seems easier to me and also the upper and lower intake gaskets but that's easy enough with the motor in the vehicle.
