replacing exterior window trim

my 1995 explorer was in a hail storm one night while i was at work - must have been a bad one because it caused the roof of the building to sag to the point the glass doors would not close

the hood got dents but i can live with it - but the black moldings around the windows got dented and it does look bad - i found on here that the molding is called the window channel or window run - if i can find replacement moldings, how do you replace them? (i searched the ford explorer cd and can't find the answer there)
 






remove the rubber track, drill out the pop rivits and there is an 11mm nut on the ends.
Mirror should be off as well.
Rears I am unsure of the specifics on them. :(
