so i recently tried to replace the shackles in my explorer and had to destroy one frame bushing, thinking i could replace them easily, i went to the ford dealer, to my surprise the bushings are serviced in the frame only, so the picture on there computer shows, not wanting to fork out for a new frame i started on a 9 hour hunt for new bushings, the only place i could find them was in a kit on ebay, then i got lucky, my brother had a set of s10 blazer bushings from napa, they are 95% the same other than the ford bushing has a "step down " on the bushing so the inside of the frame needed some minor die grinding, otherwise it fit perfectly, i took ample pics so maybe it may help someone else that runs into the same problem i had.
