Resetting the Speedo Needle?

Hey Guys. just wondering if anyone knows how to set the Speedo needle after you have pulled it. I set it to what a thought was the right spot but it seems when i'mdoing 40 i'm really doing 30 it's a '00 X. thanks guys

ur not supposed to take the needles off.. rather slide the gauges over the needles and into place.. i dont have a solution.. sorry

Get a helper to put the needel on at 60mph. Drive on an xpressway w/mile markers and when it takes one min. to go between markers put on the needle. Too much to do without a helper...
