Rev Limiter?

playing around in an unplowed parking lot and after plowing through about 150ft of 2 foot snow we can to a stop. Put it in reverse in low range and flat footed out...never knew that Ford put a rev limiter on these. If I get a chip will it also have a rev limiter?

Normally the chip maker will raise the limiter a couple hundred RPM's but not delete it altogether. That's ok, because you won't see a good increase of power at high RPM's with the OHV. You may even lose power at higher RPM's.
