Hey guys, was wondering if there is a common problem with the sockets for our reverse lights? or if it is the harness connector. both lights work some times, but most of the time it is one or the other, but they will turn on, so its not the neutral safety switch, it has to be a poor connection. I found the sockets for about $5, but the connectors are like $25-$40 a piece from Ford, and that is the only place I have found it... I am leaning toward the socket, but just want to know what others have run into with this issue.

I had one go bad before. Also if a housing leaks, the back up socket takes a beating, additionally it is the one that gets the most road spray from underneath. YMMV

I might as well spend the $10 and see if it relives my issues, with 5% tint it is already pretty hard to see when backing up at night, lol. Without lights it's even worse.
