I have a question where is the reverse sensors located in the 2010 explorers, I know the 2006 explorers have them showing externally but how about the 2010s

No, they would not show for the 2010. My 2007 has them and they are invisible on the rear bumper.

I have not crawled under the vehicle to see where they are located, but I assume that they are in the same location, just with a different fascia.

According to my shop manual, the 2010 Explorers use a radar system. The radar sensor is integral to the PAM (parking assist module). The PAM is mounted between the bumper cover and bumper isolater in the center of the rear bumper.

Funny story -- when I first drove away from the dealership in my new 2010, I noticed that there were no visible sensors in the rear bumper. Parking assist was listed on the window sticker. On the way home I backed up near the trash dumpster behind a McDonald's and verified that the system was really installed on my vehicle. I find that is works great and it has been very helpful.
