rewiring ambers on the headlights

is it possible to rewire the front headlights so only the driving lights are on and the amber lights aren't on?

Sure...Just cut the wires that light up the parking lights. Blinkers will still work.
Or get rid of the amber bulbs and put in some superwhites. Probably wont match your headlights exactly but will, IMO be better than amber.
