Discuss.... I'm thinking of having the bottom panels (right below the trim) all the way around the truck Rhino Lined and the bumpers. It's white, and I want the Rhino Lining done in Black. Anyone else done this, thoughts? I got the brush guard today. Along with the Remote Start.

Instead of paying for a perfessionally done Rhyno lining, you can save yourself a butt load of money by going to an autoparts store and getting duplicolor spray on bed liner. I did this a while back as the rocker panel paint that was once black was faded and nasty looking. It took me 30 min prep, (i know i'm slow) to wash, sand, wash again, mask the upper. It took me one bottle of the spray-on, which gave me 3 coats on the rocker panels. Looks really good and is easy to touch up. For your 4 door,if you want to do the bumpers as well and have say 4 coats, it would probably take 3 bottles. Each bottle is like 12 bucks. So compare $36 to theat least $150 for the rhyno lining. I know which one i chose. ;) One tip of advice though. don't spray in one area too long, otherwise the coating will bubble and give you a shotty bubble look that is a pain to sand off and redo. Other than that it was one of the best "mods" i have done to my truck. That, and painting the stupid trim stripe black. :D

So I got some free time at work this am:

Thoughts?

It's been holding up pretty well. It's coming off a little bit in the rear cargo area but not to bad. Make sure you prep the surfaces real good, that is the key to getting it to stick well.

I think I'll have it done. I've got 2K in hail damage to fix as well, so I'll get it all fixed at once. Plus there's a ding in the back by the gastank from hail that chipped the paint. I'll be without it for 1 week.

Ask GJarret, he's done it on here. Just try to avoid Herculiner on your hootus, it's apparently a bad thing
