right cylinder spun timing HELP WHAT I DO TO FIX

So I was doing a quick fix, on my 2002 x 4.6l 2v 2wd ... so I thought, so I torn down the engine to change a week right timing tensioner.. ( so I didn't set timing) I clamp the cam on right side and took off tensioner and it F** spun on me in the clamp. My clamp had failed me.. what i need to do ? I need to fix my timing as soon as possible. Please help. I know it's Sunday and I need to get wife to work on Monday at 9 am.. such a rookie mistake

The fix was simple but not easy, so i had to remove all the rollers, then set proper timing reinstall all timing Components . Checked to see any bent valves and reinstall rollers 1 by 1.
