Rims fitting

I have a change to buy some nice looking 17x9 helo rims for the sport trac. Will they fit without rubbing since they are 2 inches wider than stock rim. My trac does not have a lift.

you will need to know offset, back spacing for the new wheel, and old wheel for comparisin.

The new wheels are 17x9 with offset of -12 mm and backspacing of 4.53 in
Would be getting new tires thinking 255/60/17.

Planning on replacing the factory wheels and tires on my 04 XLT trac.
