Roof Capacity

Ok so me and my friend welded together a safari rack for my EX. and its kinda heavy. well its heavy. i was woundering what the most weight was that people have put on their roofs even though the sticker says 100 pounds. also if you have any pics of your rack that would be great, cuz im still working on a way to mount it.

As I recall my 98 owners manual says don't put anything on the roof rack cause it will void your warranty. Quality is job 1.
