Roof Rack Cross Bars

I have an 03 Mount that came with roof rack rails but no cross bars. I would like to add cross bars to attach a roof top carrier. What are my options? Are there older model cross bars that will fit? I don't want to spend alot on this. I only use the rooftop carrier every 3 or 4 years. Any chance I could find something in the junk yard that would work?

They sell used on eBay with the plastic sliders. I recently sold mine, as I've never used it. I hand wash my truck, so it also makes that job easier without the crossbars. Roof is only supposed to support 250 lbs or so (see the label up top).
