Rough Idle, Lack of power and shaking while driving

Hey all, so i have already tried changing the coil, wires, and plugs. Cleaned the IAC and MAF. What else can i do?
Its a 95 explorer 4x4. 4.0 OHC.

It idles rough, but at a constant rpm, like 700. While driving, it has very little power, (still gets up to speed) and shakes really bad. NO CEL. I Cant put alot of money into it either, Cause i am currently unemployed.

the shaking is most likely tires or suspension related, as for no power could be plugged fuel injectors. im assuming that these problems were there before you changed the plugs, wires, and coil?

yea, they were there, but its not suspension, it shakes even while in neutral, when i rev it up.

Fixed

Turns out it was an injector. #4. Runs like a champ now
