Rough idle when cold only

Hey Gang!

I have a 91 explorer with 240k on it. It idles rough when it's cold outside until it starts to warm up and then it idles great. It has done this for 6 years and only when it's cold but it's running a bit rougher than before. Dealer couldn't find issue a few years back. Over the last 4 months the check engine lite will come on and go off intermittingly but I haven't had it in for a scan. The check lite hasn't came on in the last 1000 km's. Any input would be appreciated.

Possible intake gasket, IAC or even the PCM.

Well I cleaned the maf sensor and the IAC and it now idles worse. I tapped the IAC and the idle changed so i am presuming the IAC is the issue. I will get a new one and try it.
