Rough Idle

Hey guys i just put a new trans and new shocks into my ride, now im looking to help clear up my rough idle (the whole car shakes at idle) i was wondering the best way to do this. I was thinking maybe some seafoam but i dunno if I wanna risk hydrolocking the engine. Any ideas?

I think a can of Sea Foam through the intake would be a good starter.
