rough running engine

when i replaced my O2 sensor i started up and it ran rough for a few seconds, then i hit the gas and it was running really rough, then finally started running fine, after that i got back in and hit the gas......after the RPM's hit about 3500 the engine is rough again.....almost like its jumping around.....it runs fine on the highway......although i have a sticky gas pedal now....can anyone help?

Did you unhook a battery cable for a couple of minutes and then try? I don't really know otherwise.

Firstly, you should reset the computer and let the truck relearn idle first; giving it gas screws it all up if it's trying to relearn idle.

bah-humbug! i think i got it fixed, i first replaced the driver side upstream O2 and it seemed the same so i put the old one back in and went to the one by the passenger wheel well, replaced it and drove it about 15 miles and no check engine light still........hopefully its fixed and i can get back to driving like normal.........now i just blew my 300$ sub today so i have to find a replacement! or replacements i should say
