rpm questions

hey i have a 92 x with an auto, is there anyways to get a little more rpm out of her she breaths awesome right up to 5000 or so then hits the rev limiter. any help is appreciated

Your sig says you have a chip, can you not remove you rev limiter with it?

and ithe chip is taken out because of the nitrous, it advances the timing too much

What is the red line for that OHV engine?

4900

the rev is 4900, right before 5000

If the redline for your engine is 4900, then revving it any higher can cause engine damage.

yeah but my friend has a stick 92 ranger and he redlines at 5500 or so, it goes way in to the red with no problems
