I just inquired about getting this for my RS9000's so I could switch settings easier after a trail. The manager at 4 wheel parts said he would not even sell it to me, they are crap. Said the lines leak and the anount of air is so small it's a pain to T/S.

Any truth to this? Or is it just a poor install? I would really like to hear from those that have it on thier trucks.

Thanks

GOFAST,
I won one at a truck show, but never put it on my van. I thought of adding it to my Explorer, but our local 4x4 shop (Colorado 4x4) said they wouldn't put it on for the same reason. They have had bad luck with them.
I tried trading it in on something and they wouldn't even take it in on a trade.
Just put on a bigger lift in your truck so you can reach under easier....lol

gofast - I was told the same thing by both Four-Wheel parts and Dick Cepek... the manager at four-wheel parts and I were talking about it and he said despite how good his installers are, even they can't install them properly so the lines never leak, wires are never cut, adn the remote always works perfectly. I'm fine with adjusting them for myself for a while :).

Good enough.

OK,OK, I'll put on a bigger lift then! No remote unit for me.

Thanks Guys.

four wheel parts told me the same thing

I inquired about the same thing at four wheel parts, they told me they will not install the controls because of air leaks. I think either there installing them wrong or they are not taking temperature changes into account.

I still dont understand why the airlines have to be run into the cab. Cant someone invent an electronic device that adjusts the little black knob
