Hey guys wondering if anyone has had their rigs in an RTI rampant what did it score? Put mine on one today with a bunch of jeeps....I won the ifs class in the competition but it was my first time on one.....with the drivers side tire going up I scored a 601.....not great but not bad considering the only suspension mods is the superlift with extended arms...anyhow I figured I'd ask what everyone else has scored?

Bone stock, our 1992 got just over 500 on a 20 degree ramp, but our X hasn't been stock since last century.

Here is is from a Truckhaven run with the stic-family brought out an RTI ramp.

459 on a 30 degree ramp -

Same configuration above but on ramp at Desert Rat. - 687 on a 20% ramp.

All of those shots are with stock length radius arms.

I have idea what my RTI would be now with the extended Radius arms (with ballistic joints), cut/turned beams and 32" front shocks.

did you do anything with your rear springs? cause my front were doing decent for as stiff as they are but my rear came up.

scored a 601 on a 20* Ramp.

<snip>

I was running a set of OME springs (with overload removed) with WAR-153 shackles. There was more than 100k miles on those springs back in 2008.

Here is a shot from a few years later when I modified the spring pack by adding some f-150 leaves.

You can see how I got the extra rear flex, by doing what you aren't supposed to do, invert the spring.

When I finally got rid of the springs they were more than toast

Edit: I found a shot of what my springs do now.. I know they won't last long like this, but I like the flex and springs are cheap/easy to swap.

The following shot (big pic) will let you see how the 2 sides move now.. https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7553/16136405939_d8abd1a5fc_h.jpg

Right on...looks good man. I was happy to beat out the jeeps and Toyota fjs that were there but I wasn't to pleased with only a 601....even though the rti scores don't mean anything really off road

First try on a ramp after my SAS. Scored something like 900ish. But as you said it's not really any indication of performance, but it doesn give you an idea if you have any binding etc.

Not a great pic, girlfriend doesn't really get the idea of taking truck pics :)

Hey M were you ever spring-under with the OME springs + WAR-153's? If you were, how much lift did you get, approximately, when you were spring under?

The pics I posted in post 2 are SUA, just not with stock OME-36 springs..

When I first got the OME springs from Rick they were still in good shape and gave just < 2" of lift. The Warrior shackles gave another 1.5" of lift. Overall, I got about 3.5" of lift from the War-153/OME-36 springs..

I am heavily thinking of getting a new set of OME springs (CS042) to use with SOA. I really liked the spring rate of them, but I don't know how well they will do with the SOA.

My pack is worn out, and I'm leaning toward the CS042R/OME36's.

However...I didn't notice CS042R on 4WheelParts website, but they are an ARB distributor, and the CS042R is still on ARB's website....so... I'm hoping I can call 4Wheelparts and see if they have a set.

Ran the Jeeps off the RTI ramp at Truckhaven during TDS. No idea what the ramp score is though. My buddy I was with told me to stop, but I think I could have got to the top of the ramp.
