I want to know how to run the RCA and Power (along with remote) cable from the front of the truck to the back of the 2nd row of seats so I can hook up my Amps and Subwoofers. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum, you can look at the audio forum for ideas.

The best way would be to run them where the stock wiring goes, underneat the carpet on each side of the truck, there's a chanel that is covered, you run it inside of that

Cable Run

Are those pieces of plastic easy to remove or do I need a special tool to pull them out?:us:

welcome manny

Thanks Sam

I think I am in the right place for all my questions. Everybody seems so eager to help.

Yup the special tool can be very expensive, good thing you have some already, just pull it with your finger hehehe, you could use a flathead screwdriver as well

Those screwdrivers can be very expensive. I get them 2 x $.99 at the corner store. I will follow your note and I will report as soon as I can.

make sure you don't run the amplified speaker wire and the signal(rcas) on the same side.

will cause interference in the signal.

Installing amps.

I am running power and remote for the amps on the left cable channel and the RCA's on the right side.

Where are you installing the amps? What location? Under the seats or in the rear cabin?(Welcome!)

Installing Amps

I would like to hide them as much as I can but not having the cargo shade is very difficult. Any ideas you can share?

Mine are inside the compartment behind the seats... never seen, no visible cables outside the compartment because they run down each side of the vehicle. Look between the seat and door (under the seat)... it leads into that compartment.

Hidden Amps

Are you talking about behind 2nd row of seats? Please elaborate.

Right behind the 2nd row... open that compartment and the amps can be tucked away at an angle there.

AMPs

Are you refering to the compartment on the floor? I thought it would be good but I have to see if my Amps will fit.

Yup, open the hatch and the amps sit just fine! Just make sure they are fastened well, and check your connections from time to time - out of sight, out of mind :) - I have a pic somewhere here... I'll post it here.

Amps

How did you ran the wires back to the speakers? Is it hard to run the cables form the column to the speakers?
