Running boards for '02 Explorer

Dear @all,

I'd like to get a pair of running boards for our 2002 Explorer 4-door. My idea is to have black boards to keep the original look.

Which companies make/sell good quatlity boards? How about the bracket kits?

If you have a different idea, please let me know, I include a pic. The truck is a 2002 2WD XLS, 245 cui M/T in Dark Highland Green.

Well what I do need is an advise which companies offer easy bolt-ons. As I do live in Europe it won't be easy to return parts for the case I do not like 'em.

Please let me know which running boards you'd used and how satisfied you are.

i would go with the westin ones...they sell a few different models for the 3rd gen explorer..and theyre black too so they look good...go to their website or google it...
