running wires for new sub

i bought a mtx thunderform sub&box off ebay for $235 and an amp from crutchfield for cheap, but it's all on it's way and i don't really know where i am going to run all the wires for everything or where to put the amp, i want it all to be hidden i know that for sure, anyone with good ideas/pictures that have done it before would be GREATLY appreciated. thanks in advance.

Is it the one that fits in the factory location in the right rear corner?

If so I would mount the amp under the rear seat and run the power wire down the left side under the kick plate. Then run the RCA cord & the speaker wire behind the right rear interior panel.

You will need to remove it anyway to mount the sub if it's the one that fits in the factory location.

yeah it is the one that fits in the factory location....what about as far as running wires from the amp to the deck??? which route
