My truck's been running rough for a while now. Seems like it's getting worse lately. I'm loosing some oil and coolant, but I check both regularly and watch the guages. I've been waiting for the weather to break to fix both.

There are traces of oil from the head gasket down, but the compression test I ran looks okay. So far, I've done regular tune up (plugs, oil, oil filter, & air filter), checked vacuum, timing, and compression. I haven't been getting any 'check engine' indication at all. I do have a code reader, and my next planned step is to run the CR diagnostics soon as I remember where I put the dang thing. I'm also looking for a schraeder adapter for my guage to take fuel pressure readings. I can hear the fuel pump whirring on startup.

I had the transmission replaced last year and things were great for several months. I also replaced EGR two years ago, replaced the PCV, and cleaned the MAF sensor. I've done other repairs, but those are the only ones I relate to this problem.

It's been awhile since I've done serious car troubleshooting and the brain gets out of the habit, so I'm looking for suggestions where to go from here. Thanks.

What were the compression numbers?

You listed the EGR. Did you also replace the DPFE which is the sensor that controls the EGR? How about the vacuum tubes connecting them?
