s by the odometer ?

I'm still trying to get an owners manual for my 02 EB v6 explorer. What is the " S " to the LEFT of the odometer stand for? Problems ahead?

EDIT: i guess it's the compass? Never noticed it before cause you can't see the freaking message centre LCD

Yeah its probably the compass, does it change to N E or W as you drive? that would confirm.

Unless your in another country and they do them differently there my compass is on the right side and I think all of them were, at least the ones I looked at.

It's the compass and it is on the left ov the odometer. Now to fix the dash so I can see it
