Safari Bar for 92 and PIAA Lights question

I have a question here for all ya'll... actually a couple questions.

1. Is there a Safari Bar made for 91-94's i don't really want to get the whole brush guard things that go across the lights...i just want a Safari Bar....anyone know if and where i could find one......

2. Also If i can get a Safari Bar i would want to mount some PIAA 520 Lights on them...anyone know about how much they cost..i'd want the chrome ones...

If anyone could help me out i would appericate it greatly.

i think you can get the westin safari bar for 95+ explorers and drill holes to make it fit, but im not 100% sure about this. hopefully someone else will know more about it than me.

WAAG's site lists it having a "center guard" for 91-94 Xs. I keep looking on the site, but can't find out if a center guard if a safari bar. Here's the list:

as for the chrome 520's, according to performance product's website, both the for and driving are $306.95
