safari rack help!

please if anyone has any info on this it will be very helpful, me and my friend are going to make a safari rack for her after sping break...and i need too know if any you have actually made one pics, dimensions (40x50, 40x60) etc...measurements and materials would be really appreciated...thank you I hope i do this for around a $100 bucks I still need a pipe bender and cutter you know some of the cheap temp job ones noting fancy

my friend already has tube we can use and a welder at his granddad's house...

You won't need a welder if you're using that cutter and some copper pipe. Just get a bunch of copper "T" and 90 degree fittings and sweat it all together.

If you want to use that cutter.. then yes. :

Okay. What you need:

1" x 1" (1/8" wall) square tubing

Chop Saw

or..

a $15 Harbor Frieght grinder

with some:

Cutoff wheels.




Then use tools/materials to replicate this:

Zap together with Neighbor's cousin's GF's Grandpa's welder.
