I may be getting a hold of 2 early model broncos, the very first body style ones, and was wondering if the front axle in those things are wide enough/narrow enough to use in a solid axle swap.

If not, what would it take to get it to fit. Gonna be put into a '91 Explorer more than likely.

Thanks

EBs started in 66. Not sure when the first body style stopped.

However they used low pinion D30s until 71 I believe.

Wouldn't be worth it really unless it was a 76-77 D44 because those had discs.

Width is slightly wider than stock D35 TTB setup.
