i wanted to use a wagoneer steering box with a hysteer setup but it doesn 't look like theres going to be enough room unless the radiator gets moved back to the original place.

question is should i go ahead and move the the radiator up 3 inchs and hope there is enough room. or i was told i could also go with an external steering box from an f150 but then i will have to get all new drag links and hem joints.

also if anyone has any pics of how they mounted their steering box to the frame and which steering setup you used i would greatly appricaite the help.
thanks

Check with Lizardtrac. He used a Ranger steering box for his SAS.

im working on that truck every day now and keep forgetting to take those pics.... I finally got the steering 100%... took long enough but now it drives like a dream on a 6 hr drive, put it in 4low, hit the trails, and it flexes better then most trucks ive seen.... the best of both worlds.... hmmm and who said "ya cant have the best of both worlds"?

what steering box are u currently running right now? is it a ranger box? if so what year ranger did u get it out of?
thanks for the help
