SAS with a dana 30, How are they holding up guys???

Hey jefe,

I notice your from placentia,CA, My cousin own and operate a paint/body shop in that area, Paint N Place...Every heard of it ?

Take care

Completely different design. The hub is a one piece sealed unit that comes out with the axleshaft- that and if it could be done I know jeep guys would have been doing it a long time ago.

Anyone else running D 30 ?

Does anyone know if the Rotor and Bearing Hub from a 94 Explorer D35 will fit on the Jeep D30? I had bought new powerslots with the hub built in a month or so ago and never put them on, and pulled the D30 out of one my jeeps....before I tear into it, I thought I would ask if they would fit....no since in them going to waste...

I have a similar question, but I was thinking more like from the spindle out. The idea is basically the same as WARN PN 38007:
http://www.warn.com/truck/axles/conversion_kits_newer_jeep.shtml

adds hubs to Jeep axles, but by the looks of it most of the stuff should be the same. Some key dimensions throw those "looks" out the window obivously. The biggest thing I don't like about the D30 is the lack of hubs....if I could swap over my stuff off the TTB that would be slick. The u-joing is the same as the TJ, spindle bolt pattern would have to be same or redrilled to the unit bearing, outter shaft you'd have two to pick from assuming they're the same size and spline....anyone have any info.
