SC Mounty VS. Crackhead Camaro

Got an idea here...instead of trying to bench race to see who "might" win, just take it to the track, line 'em up and see who wins....Amazingly you'll have an accurate answer then...instead of a bunch of "what if's" and "maybe's".

Lmao @ that car having 500 hp. And ROFLMGDAO @ a 500 hp car running 8s in the 1/4. Tell him to put down the crack.

I agree with JDraper- just run him already!

It's not like it's a Jersey Shore street race with two 700HP Mustangs- it's an overhyped Camaro and an Explorer for God sakes...

GO GO GO! Don't forget to make a video.

Looks like EVLSPL stopped payin attention a week ago...
Maybe he already did it?

GO GO GO! Don't forget to make a video.

2 videos- ONE of him not pulling on you, whether you're ahead of behind, and TWO, the video of you towing his broke shizznit home. :D

the LT1 is a great engine to bad it's n a ugly 93-97 gen camaro

I've got to wait for the goober to get his torque converter installed. It's ok though in all this waiting I can get the necessary parts to turn my boost up.

I don't think you have much room to talk about that, your the one that posted about racing a durango a couple of weeks ago and still is just talking about it.:p:

Haha.. it's all on her, I'll race her in a heartbeat. She wants to get a few things done to her truck before she races though.

BTW you have a overload of dead weight on your truck with that system and big rims...all add a few hundred hundred too your..truck...your truck needs too call weight watchers before you race ...i know i need too lol but that's a different story...

what happened to stock vs stock no one do that anymore? IMO

My vehicles usually are stock, and that's the way I like to race. Like I mentioned about my Cherokee going against the 5.0 Explorer and the one trip to the dragstrip with it.
I love the hillbilly mentality of "psyching you out" at the track too...I had a guy in a mullet-cruiser G-body Cutlass Supreme heckling me at the track with my Jeep. He says "So what are you going to do with that thing??!?" Rather than argue with him, I just smiled and replied, "I don't know...I've never run it before." Totally de-fused that situation.
In any event, his 307 Olds powered POS ran 17.6 on that pass. I calmly walked up to him and showed him my 16.0 timeslip (first pass of the night) and just politely said "Keep up the good work!" and walked away.

let my chime in real quick... i actually own a 94 Z28....and a 4.0 sport 03.. although the 4.0 pulls pretty hard for what it is it has no power at the top of the gear... no my Z it's a 6 speed at about 25 rolling along in 1st i can smoke em all the way into 3rd... ask the guy with the Z how old is his opti-spark...if he doesn't know what it is, he first off has no buisness bragging it up. when opti distributers are working right they will give better throttle response than our 4.0's could ever dream of.... my Z28 has 155K, short tube headers slp C.A.I, hypertech programmer and i can dip into the low 13's .. with out the use of 2nd gear (my synchro went out)... and chopping the exhaust at the headers is dub as **** on lt1's they make there h.p. at about 3800-4200 rpm....at that rpm with no back pressure he probally lost power.... just a little insight from someone who owns both.. and my x has an open filter with a magnaflow single out.... hope this helps... just ask him how his distributer is... if it "bucks and skips" pretty good chance of getting him by default.. so is doing s/c worth it... i'm a huge speed junkie
