07 sport trac limited v8
I just seafoamed end my 07 v8 sport trac for its 100k mile tune up and such. I used the vac line from the brake booster but I separated it a that junction that branches off to the intake. When I started it to introduce the seafoam it ran rough with the vac off witch didn't surprise me, used about 1/3 a can. What did surprise me was that there was a little puff of smoke at start up witch trickled off to normal, I took it out and drove a mile or so, Pulling hard away from a stop light and still nothing. So is my truck just rather clean or did I not use enough at once? I just did my spark plugs the other week and they were fairly clean only had one break. Thanks for the help.

Going to say yours was rather clean. I've Seafoamed a few vehicles over the years and they ALMOST always smoke and I was equally puzzled when one didn't smoke at all. Barely had a puff and she drank half a can. On the other hand, I Seafoamed a fairly low mileage car and it smoked like a freight train for what seamed like too long. Was certain I broke it.

Sanity check - your OK.
