Seat Belt Replacement 95 Eddie Bauer

Im replacing the front driver side seatbelt (wont stay locked). Ive got the seat out and Ive noticed a special star head bolt that anchors the belt to the floor. What kind of socket or tool do i need to get that out?

That's a TORX headed fastener. I'm unsure on size, but Harbor Freight will let you take one of the socket bits out to check to make sure it fits. Buy the best one they have and stay away from the cheap crap...I stripped two of the bits a few years ago, trying to replace the seat belts on my F250.

I'm thinking it's either a T-40 or T-50

Must be a reason they dont want me to change that. After i but the new buckle on ill make sure and drop it off at a garage and see if everything looks ok.

I was thinking a T55 but that is from memory and a long time ago
