Seat foam repair/replacement?

The previous owner of my ex was extremely overweight and completely destroyed the seat foam, bolsters are essentially non existent and flat, along with the leg bolsters. He also managed to mess up the lumbar, it still works but seems to be pushed back or something like that especially compared to to the passenger seat. Does anyone know where I can find new foam? All I can find is the bottom portion and nothing for the back portion. Or some kind of seat cover that lays over the old bolsters and has foam to "replace" them? Any help would be appreciated as this is causing me back pain while driving. Thanks!

Maybe get a complete seat from a junk yard. That may be easier.

I agree with the response from Explorer_PL. I just recently purchased complete set of front, rear and 3rd row seats from the junkyard near me for just over $225.
