Second row interior (reading) light

Does anyone know how to remove the second row interior reading light? Do I have to drop the headliner to access it. I am trying to replace it with a new one.

You dont need to drop the headliner to remove the second-row interior reading light you can remove it by carefully prying off the light cover using a credit card or a similar thin, flat object to release the retaining clips.
