i have a 1997 awd xlt auto v6 explorer with 4wd select switch on dash .
For some reason the 4wd lo range light starts to flash wile moving on hard surfaces and trys to select 4wd .
The select switch on dash is still in auto , it only happends now and then but i have to go backwards to disconnect 4wd so not very helpfull on the freeway .
