hey guys i need some help fast! i just got my explorer it has 140k miles

Whats the best cold air intake and has anyone dynoed them?
Whats the best exhaust? or is custom best?
Whats are the best headers?
Whats the best oil to use?
Anyother preformance up grades like chip or something let me know asap please thanks a lot to however anwsers me seriously

Without more info on what you have, it's gonna be a little difficult to help out. The "best" is entirely subjective. What year/model explorer do you have? What engine?

funny you said that cuz i did find some stuff but to the first guy i have a 2000 sport 4.0 engine. Thanks for helping
