Service Engine Light - Fuel Tank Pressure

I have an '02 XLT - the CEL code is for the Fuel Tank Pressure???
I replaced the gas cap, but the light came back on.
after getting gas and approximately 3 cycles it went off
after getting gas again and 3 more cycles it came back on again.
where should I look next????

Maybe the tubing(s) that goes between the filler neck and the tank. Though I wouldnt know how in the world you would check for leaks there. Maybe just put a hose clamp in parts where you think there's a leak and see if the trouble code goes away - hose clamps are relatively inexpensive.

Make sure your gas cap is on tight. Or maybe it's bad. It takes 3 run cycles for the code to clear.

Maybe there is a sensor for detecting pressure that is bad? What is the code?
