service engine light?

my service engine light came on the other day so i took to to my automotaive class and hooked it up. It gave me the service numbers and and looked it up and it said my transmission might be skipping second gear. Took it for a ride and didnt feel like it was skipping. Drove it arounf for a couple days and then it finnaly turned of so i thought everything was cool and it might have just skipped once. Tonight i was on nthe freeway and my OD light started flashing pulled over and it wound up truing off. Any ideas???

You need the codes again, if you have a flashing O/D, you have big transmission troubles brewing. The '02's are well known for having transmission issues... What was the other code, and read the new ones and post them up here.
