Shackle Problems

As i was trying to get the stock shackle off the top bolt is being held in by something. Any ideas on how to get it off?? I beat the crap out of it and it still didnt move. The bottom bolt came out fine.

it is the bushing holding it in there,, got a torch ?? heat it up till you smell burning rubber, , put some water on it, than bash away , it will come out, if it starts and than stops coming out try wrenching it, might get caught on the threads, , , that is what i did when i did the shackles too ,

Go to your local auto parts store and buy some PB Blaster. It would also help if you had a small C-Clamp you could help push it through with. Try the PB Blaster first.
