hi guys I'm thinking about in shave my door handles, but I need buy door pushers too? I wanna buy the avs kit

Like poppers?? If you're buying a kit, you might as well buy a kit with poppers.

You don't HAVE to install the poppers, the claw style latch mechanism will push the door open about 3/4".

With the Poppers, it will move the door out about 2x that.

I have shaved doors, and I tried it for a week without the poppers...it just wasn't enough travel for me..so I installed them.

If you live in a state with inspections they are illegal.just to clear it up if anyone didn't know that

i will also add, depending on where you live, they might not be the greatest thing to have. if you ever have to drive it in the winter for what ever reason and the doors freeze on you, your crawling threw the hatch. i cant speak for ryan, but i do know of another member here that has shaved door handles, and she now hates them. i was there once even when she by accident closed the door with the keys still inside, and i had to break into her truck for her. not fun.
