My truck is at 86000 miles with a rebuilt tranny at 56000. I plan on getting some rebuild parts for the truck while i have some extra money. Obviously that eaton M62 charger and adapter are at the top of my list.
The eaton M62 thread talks about an internal after-market shift kit. Who makes it? Can it be installed for fairly cheap without requiring yet another tranny rebuild?
The engine is strong with no leaks, hasn't even needed a tuneup yep. I figure add the SC now and wait for a engine rebuild to add new throttlebody, cams and pushrods.
My only worry is blowing out the tranny with that extra power.
