I am going to install the coil spacer shackle lift soon and want to replace my shocks at the same time. I was wondering if anyone had the measurements for extended and comprssed lenghts for the front and the rear. Thanks.

You don't need any special shock. Use any shock that is designed for a stock (non lifted) X.

The stock shocks won't limit the flex? I don't have the sway bars on either if that matters. Thanks.

The stock rear shocks don't limit flex with or without the sway bay (I don't run one either). Without the shocks I was only able to get about 1/4" more flex in the rear than with the shocks. The front however does limit the droop, but that is a good thing, because fully extended the shock prevents the brake line from being the limiting factor. If you want to run extended brake lines and longer shocks you will only be able to get another inch or so of droop with the stock suspension design.

Thanks I will check the price of extended brake lines, if they are within my budget I will go with that. Thanks for the help.
