Shocks 97 XLT

Newbie question here. I have 97 XLT and time for new shocks (225,000 kms).
I want to put something in that will maybe lift a little and give a firmer ride.
Coil overs ??? Any suggestions will be appreciated.(front and rear)
Oh yeah, what about that dinky little 3rd shock in the rear ?

I'm pretty happy with my Bilsteins. Lift? Probably not. Stiffer? Definitely. Better handling? For sure. The 5th shock? A lot of people say not to bother. I just went and ordered all 5 and was done with it. I think it helps with the lean a little, but who knows, they've been in there for about 4 years now.

I want to say 5100 series. I don't remember there being an option, but I could be wrong.
