I hope you know which manuals you need.
my story:
I got the helm workshop manuals, 2 volumes, great stuff, used it often to fix many things on the car. They have saved me a lot and I can't complain
Chassis, engine mechincal, transmission etc are all there
BUT they don't have much on engine diag stuff, eg like "What if the car doesn't start." They tell you this is the cam position sensor and how to take it out. It will show you the emission parts but little to nothing on theory of operation and testing on the things to get it running.
Over the last few days I have had a problem with a "no start" and frankly both volumes have been more useful as wheel chocks. Most of the the test procedures I got was from the guys on the forum and Clinton's. such as OHMs ranges on a coil test, IAC, that kinda stuff.
Helm's other publication is another $160 which I believe fill in those voids. So, at retail, the full boat is $160 plus another $160 for full coverage with Helm.
Something to consider if you didn't already know.
Maybe some of the greater minds have thoughts on the subject.
