Shorty Headers or Full Length Headers?

I'm deciding on what headers to use with my 5.0 swap. I plan to purchase all of the stuff to install my V8 within the next month. I would like to lower the truck, so will I have more clearance if I go with the Kaufmann shorty headers as opposed to the full length? Any help is appreciated, thanks...

Go with headers specifically designed for the swap or for the X 5.0, they're the only ones that will fit without a lot of work. Long tube headers have no chance of fitting.
