Ive got a 91 explorer, 135000 miles and i need a new tranny. I was just asking to see if you guys thought its worth keeping or just starting over with a newer X , or whatever. thanks for the advice

Well what do you do with the truck? Is it just a daily driver? Work truck? Off roader?

it sits in the driveway, it wont catch the gears at all. i used it as a back- up vehicle , but i like to drive it. i used to drive it quite often, but its been down for a while and just took it to the shop. all i got was bad news.
