Looks awesome. Theres nothing like the DC-1 rims. They are amazing. Here are mine.

If you live where there is snow and salt in one winter they will look like crap.

Mine looked great until the first winter. The clear coat doesn't hold up worth a darn.

I agree - mine look like crap now... will have to redo the clearcoat.

Ive seen so many lifted trucks around here with those wheels, they look great, and obv. a good deal lol

The price is good, but it's not really a good deal when the clear coat is ruined after a year or two at the most. I like the looks but would never buy a set after all of the horror stories I've heard.

Made in China - thought Dick Cepek would be made in the US... oh well... but the price...

Old post, but I cannot find the DC-1's they have been discontinued. What is the difference between the DC-1 & DC-2? I do not use my aftermarket wheels in winter, I am assuming the clear will hold up if no salt? It is also harder and harder to find a decent 15x10. 15's are "old school" I guess....

Any info appreciated.

The DC-2 wheels do not have the accent bolts around the outer lip like the DC-1s do. I like the look of the DC-2 better than the DC-1.

Thanks Dan! It also looks like the center cap is some big ugly plastic snap on cap thing on the DC-2. Was hoping to find some polished DC-1'S but they have been disco'd. I actually prefer the accent bolts on the DC-1 also.

Kind of funny but sad re: Made in China, especially when you think of American Racing wheels. AMERICAN Racing wheels.......Made in China. Sure does keep the prices down along with the quality.

Think I am going to have to pass on the DC-2's. Prefer a traditional cant steal without talking the wheel off center cap.

my dc-1's have held up pretty well here in CO, but I don't think they use salt in the winter... but i'm sure i've still encountered some. but yeah, there are def a few places where the clearcoat has kind of flaked off... can't really tell unless you are right up on them. lots of other blemishes on my truck now to distract from that ;-)

jen,

Thanks for the info! Spent way too much time trying to find the DC-1's-they have been discontinued and very hard to find. Websites show them as being on sale etc, but when you actually call them they say they have been sold out-and gone. Finally found 15x10 in polished and ordered them today. Lots of salt used here in the winter but I will put the Rock Crawlers on for winter.

Great looking Sport by the way!

Haha "blemishes". Anyway, I'm looking at buying these rims, but I dont know if my tires would fit.

Maybe someone could help me out on my post?? :)

Not entireley sure what you are asking? Per your other post if you are running the stock tire 235/75/15 you are going to pretty much need a 15x7 wheel. Which wheels are you trying to run? 235/75/15 is a really skinny tire.

Re: 15x10 DC-1's, finally have them mounted. Only prob is if I have to turn the wheel... Going straight is fine... They rub bad. Real Bad. Not sure what else I can cut without making a hack job...

Could I fit those tires on a 15x8? I heard from some people that I might be able to...

Found the polished version last year in 15x10. They have seen maybe 900 miles, no salt, no winter. Ex sat in garage for the entire winter. Brought the Ex out recently, wheels are already seeing some "staining" etc. Chinese make some real quality stuff minus the quality. Dickie Ceepick is really makin me angry.
