I got a strand of lights on mine. Drove on the highway today and forgot about them being on. The high speeds busted a couple of the bulbs from banging on the roof haha. I'll post pics when I snap one.

Yeah, they light up down near the base. I need brighter bulbs in them though. and thanks

You could always just move the bulb up into the flame, simply drill a hole, unplug the socket and place in the new hole.
